IT Portfolio Analyst / Business Analyst (100% Remote)

The Project: We are currently looking for a structured and proactive IT Portfolio Analyst for one of our largest clients in the global pharmaceutical industry. You will play a key role in their digital transformation by driving portfolio simplification and cost-reduction initiatives across multiple international regions.

What you will do:

• Support portfolio simplification and cost reduction initiatives by maintaining accurate data and tracking decommissioning candidates.
• Validate, clean, and analyze incoming digital portfolio data to ensure accuracy and consistency across regions and affiliates.
• Act as the main point of contact for Regional and Affiliate stakeholders regarding data collection and status updates.
• Assist with ServiceNow updates to reflect progress, actions taken, and outstanding issues.
• Maintain and update portfolio systems and documentation to ensure accurate portfolio overviews.

Who you are:

• You have solid experience working as an IT Analyst, Business Analyst, or Portfolio Analyst in a cross-functional environment involving IT teams and business units.
• You are structured, highly disciplined, and comfortable managing data collection across multiple stakeholders and systems.
• You have a proactive and service-minded approach, taking true ownership of follow-ups and data validation.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Advanced/Fluent).
